January is National Human Trafficking Prevention Month. In recognition of this month of raising awareness, we invite you to join us to hear from alumna and fine artist Claudette G. Sernius, and social entrepreneur and CEO of the Mavuno Project Tania Andre. They will share insights into how art and advocacy are impacting and disrupting human trafficking efforts in South Florida and internationally. Bring your questions or send them ahead of time to alumni@broward.edu and join us on January 25 when we all gather in person for our 5K Walk for Awareness on Central Campus.
